Molly is Four!

Molly turned four on wednesday (the 7th). We have been talking about her pink, sparkly, princess birthday party for several months. It was finally upon us and I was very behind…

I did manage to get most everything I was hoping to done last minute. Even with the wind picking up as I was decorating and a threat of rain…

I built this castle from boxes, decorated it with spray paint, and made details with sharpie. Not to mention my pink chevron flag on top.

I found Molly’s rainbow crown at Dollar tree. Along with crowns for our guests at target for $1. Everything else came from the dollar store as far as decor went, and favors.

Her son painted Molly’s hot pink.SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC All the gifts we got her were from the dollar store or yard sales. Minus her tutu which was on clearance at Walmart for $5.SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSCThen Rapunzel arrived! The girls adored talking and singing with her.

I was unaware they came with those. Im sure parents were cursing me afterward.SONY DSC Molly was made an official princess in a special coronation.SONY DSC SONY DSC

And we all collapsed afterward…

About stacey

I am the Mom of two young, rambunctious girls, a curious little boy, and a wee little man who is bursting with joy for life. I just wanted to do something for myself that allowed me to harness the magical moments of being a Mom. (A job that sometimes feels thankless, misunderstood, and considered easy by those that haven't done it.) I wanted to be more positive by looking more closely at the good things that happen every day via photos and my thoughts.
